How much carry-on baggage on an Ethiopian Airlines flight?

In economy class, travelers can take hand luggage of 7 kg as well as a personal accessory. Travelers with a Business Class ticket will be able to bring 2 pieces of hand luggage weighing 7 kg each, as well as a personal accessory.
