Ethiopian Airlines has increased the frequency of its services from Zurich Airport. The African national carrier now connects the Swiss airport to sixty four destinations in Africa including Addis Ababa.
The new connections inaugurated by the main air carrier of Ethiopia are supposed to offer its customers more travel opportunities between Zurich and several destinations in the black continent, but also to improve the service of transport of goods between the Swiss city and the flagship economic cities of Africa.
Ethiopian Airlines flies to Zurich three times a week from Addis Ababa – Bole airport, operating its Boeing 787 Dreamliner type aircraft, knowing that it also operates regular flights to Geneva, offering four flights a week to the international airport of the majestic city of the Central European country.
While noting that the air carrier of the Central African country plans to improve the number of its frequencies to and from the two Swiss cities from next year.
As a reminder, the majority of flights serving African airports from Zurich, before the arrival of the Ethiopian airline, were served by Swiss and its subsidiary Edelweiss.
