Ethiopian Airlines will increase its flights to Lagos starting next month. According to the latest press release issued by the national carrier, the number of scheduled flights to the Nigerian capital will increase from seven to fourteen per week.
Passengers of Africa’s leading airline (according to Skytrax) will thus have access to two daily flights between Addis Ababa Bole and Lagos-Murtala-Muhammed.
In the same context, the national carrier announced the temporary suspension of its services to Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu due to runway renovations.
A new route to a new summer destination
The Ethiopian airline will soon operate a new route to Porto, Portugal. The initial flight will be scheduled for July 2, with an optimized stopover in Madrid, Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
This new flight offers good options to connect Ethiopia to one of the most important destinations in Europe.
