Ethiopian Airlines launches flight to Mauritius

Summer is fast approaching, and Ethiopian Airlines is looking to expand its summer schedule.

The national carrier has announced the launch of a new route between Addis Ababa and Port Louis in Mauritius after receiving approval from the government of the country located in the western Indian Ocean. This approval will allow Ethiopian Airlines to operate two flights per week on the route between June 15 and September 30, 2026.

In other news, the African airline giant has announced the resumption of its flights to Dubai and several destinations in the Gulf countries following the reopening of the airspace of the United Arab Emirates and other countries, coinciding with the end of the Iran-Israel conflict.
