French Transport Minister Jean-Baptiste Djebbari announced on Wednesday that Ethiopian Airlines will not be able to transport passengers to France before the next announcement, on the grounds that Paris violated health regulations.
The minister reminded on Twitter on Wednesday: “Passengers arriving in France by plane must undergo a negative PCR test.”
“It is up to the airline to ensure this before departure. Ethiopian Airlines has shortcomings. Therefore, we have decided to suspend flights to France.”
