Ethiopian Airlines expands domestic network with three new flights

Ethiopian Airlines has announced the addition of three new routes to its domestic flight schedule, bringing its total number of domestic destinations to 26.

The national carrier plans to launch three new domestic routes connecting its Addis Ababa Bole hub to three newly opened hubs: Negele Borena, Gore Metu, and Debre Markos.

In its press release, Ethiopian Airlines stated that each of these routes will join its schedule starting April 15 and will be operated three times a week.

“Improving our domestic services remains a top priority for our airline,” said Mesfin Tasew, CEO of the Ethiopian Airlines Group.

Ethiopian Airlines operates a fleet of 30 Bombardier Q400 aircraft, which are well-suited to the nature of its domestic flight traffic.
